APPLE BLACKBERRY SOUR CREAM “PIE” IN A BOWL

1 medium sized apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces

1/2 cup blackberries

cinnamon

sweetener of choice, to taste

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

2 Tbsp 2% greek yogurt, sweetened

2-3 Tbsp granola

Put chopped apples in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.  Add cinnamon and stir.  Microwave for one more minute, or until soft.  Add blackberries and flaxseed meal and microwave for 1/2 minute (just to warm berries.  Add sweetened greek yogurt and stir.  Top with granola of choice.

Approximate calorie count for this bowl is 225.
