3/4 cup fat-free skim milk

1/8 cup Splenda

2 1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal

1 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries

3/4 Tbsp baking powder

6 Tbsp Egg Beaters or 4 egg whites

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine all ing. except berries and let sit 5 minutes. Stir in berries and put in muffin pan that was sprayed with Pam. Divide into 12 cups. Bake 20-30 minutes, or just until edges start to brown.

1 1/2 points each

Substitute 2 med/large mashed bananas for the applesauce.  this makes them 2 points each.  Also sprinkled cinnamon/splenda on top before baking.
