Triple-Berry Granola Crisp

30 ounces frozen berries (Original recipe calls for 10 oz frozen strawberries, 10 oz frozen raspberries, and 10 oz frozen blueberries.  I used the three berry mix from Costco)

1/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp flour

1 1/2 cups granola

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In an ungreased 8 inch square glass baking dish, stir tog. the frozen berries, sugar, and flour until the fruit is coated.

Bake for 20 minutes.  Stir.  Sprinkle with granola.

Bake for 15-20 minutes longuer or until light golden brown and bubbly.  Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

9 servings, approx. 125 calories each.

Excellent with frozen yogurt for dessert, or topped with fresh yogurt for breakfast!

Side note:  As you would expect with granola, it soaks up the juice from the berries after a day or two and is no longer crisp.  This is probably best served the same day it is cooked, although I kept it in the fridge and enjoyed it for several days.
