VERY SIMPLE Asian Chicken Salad

4 oz. precooked boneless skinless chicken breast

1 Romaine lettuce crown

1/2 cup canned corn (drain well)

1 green onion, chopped fine

1 1/2 Tbsp Asian style dressing (I used Brianna’s Ginger Mandarin Dressing-delicious!)

Directions:  Chop or slice the lettuce, add the corn and the green onion, add dressing and toss well.  Top with chopped chicken.  Yumm!  Makes 1 large serving, approx. 270 calories.

      I started out with WW, so I still tend to cook WW-friendly types of food (relatively low-fat, high fiber.) Glad to be of help!
